I just noticed that ALL of my regular FPs are gone. I am only getting awarded FPs for genres or specific books. Essentially, I now have to pay for all my chapters. I spend more than $120/yr buying coins for reading. That's more than Webnovel charges for annual membership. Why am I being penalized? Please fix this!!!
How can I disable the Download Webnovel App popups when reading via the Webnovel website? I have had the app downloaded to my phone and tablet for a while now, but when I am at home, I prefer to read on the Webnovel website on my PC because the screen is much larger. There should be a way to track this. Thanks!
I was able to buy coins using Google Pay, but Google Pay always adds sales tax on top of the price quoted by Webnovel, unlike Paypal and Stripe. Please fix the website and app to allow payment using Paypal or Stripe. Thank you!

I agree that $25 USD/month is too much and we're only getting the right to read while a subscriber. You lose access once you terminate the subscription. Some people may compare this type of rental to Netflix, but I only pay $10 USD/month for Netflix. Even Kindle membership is only $9.99 USD.
How frustrating! This weekend I used up a bunch of expiring bonus stones to unlock premium chapters. Actually, the most frustrating part is not being able to unlock batches of chapters in one shot. I clicked through each one. Did I miss a tool somewhere?
