1st to heavily reduced the usefulness for FPs(really pisses me off since most popular comics happen to cost 18coins, which just happens to be over the 1 FP value) then now u don't even want to give me my 200pts for reading a comic for 10min? It's really rubbish. Additionally u don't seem to want to fix the bloody chapter read resetting for comics nor the check-in constantly popping up when I already checked in for the day. U r lucky to have exclusive comics here else I wouldn't even bother reading comics here

Come on, I picked up some comics coz u kept giving me fast passes for that genre, then now u decided to reclassify them to a diff genre so I can't use those fast passes I usually get on them anymore. So many eastern fantasy comics can be considered history/romance/hot-blooded as well.

Check if there is an update pending. Had the same issue as u and it resolved itself after I updated the app.

Can u pls fix the chapter read count resetting. I use my fps to unlock chapters in advance before reading them later when I have time so I really don't appreciate having the read count keep resetting back to the start every couple days.

Dear webnovel, I really don't appreciate the auto unlock to be sneakily on by default without approval esp when I add new stuff to my reading list. It's been several times already that I switch to the next chapter expecting to see a lock screen only to see the chapter being unlocked. I rely on the lock chapters to be my bookmark since u stubbornly have not implemented the feature(like an actual tag we have to manually set since the app is forgetful sometimes and resets the current chapter back to 0 or when we want to unlock chapters in advance or when we simply accidentally switched to a different chapter). Esp bad with it happens when reading comics since the chapters r infuriatingly expensive and all I wanted to do was spend those fast passes locked to comics.

As much as I hate watching those stupid ads, I do so to get the free fp. But the chore for getting them to load up is ridiculous. Usually I just need to restart the app to get the ads to load so that I can get my bonus fp. Today, no matter what I do, the ads refuse to load. Just getting that web novel loading icon, ads never load even after 2min

Can we pls have an option to disable the super gift messages. I don't appreciate being spammed about random books that I have no interest in being gifted 5k coins. I would understand the feature if I were a writer and the msg was about me getting a gift but I'm just a casual reader, I don't need to be seeing these

As suggested, I have been using my fast passes to unlock chapters for novels in my 'catch-up later' pile. And I find it really irritating to have to scroll down to the new chapters to unlock them and then have to scroll back up to the chapter where I last stopped. Sides for a reading app, this is a sorely missing feature don't u think

Honestly the fp not being useable with privilege chapters is kinda bull. Say all the novels u read now have gone privilege, having gotta to the most up to date chapter, it means u gotta find another novel to follow just so u can use the fp? Just unlocking the privilege is already expensive enough. Not being able to use fp on privilege chapters is like a middle finger to us spending users.

Chapters not loading with network error qa team needs a talking to, updates have been quite horrible lately

I'm reading battle through the heaven's right now and there are quite a few panels that are down right unreadable on mobile due to the small text, hell even on my 27" uhd monitor it looks tiny. Better quality images would be gr8 for such cases.

I'm considering getting the privilege for one of the books I'm reading but I'm really put off by the duration. If I'm reading it correctly, it's suppose to only last till the end of each calendar month? So if I buy it any day past the 1st of each month, I'm basically losing out since the cost doesn't change

Instead of having the privilege duration be by the calendar month, can we pls have it as a fixed value 30days It would make it fairer to users since the cost of the privilege is fixed

Come on devs. Do release ur own bot to kill this 'want cheap spirit stones' bot. I always report the comment when it turns up(which is basically every chapter of every novel I'm following now ) but it seems u r not doing anything about it now

XOMatsumaeohana that's why im suggesting for the devs to target the content of the message itself. It has not changed yet, and if it does, they just gotta add to the list of stuff to check for auto comment deletion. I.e. deploy an antispam bot.

Seriously, can someone pls write a script or something to auto delete the comment when it pops up? The content doesn't change, it's always want cheap spirit Stones?, visit their website then the price list. Would be much more efficient then tracking down and banning the ip since they could always just use a VPN to jump around.

Is it suppose to be normal that novel update notification be delayed? Like I entered the app, read the chapter already but only receive the novel updated notification some 20min later or something.

Tell me about it. Looks like they need to hire a new ux designer assuming they actually have one already coz the app currently is quite terrible. When I suggested bookshelf organization, this wasn't what I had in mind. The reading lists are useless since the chapter update info isn't reflected there, and I keep getting redirected back to the default reads page when I hit return to library after reading the latest chapters. Having to keep switching/scrolling through pages is never a gd thing. Like make the lists just custom filters(which we can choose to be applied by default) for the main reads page would so easily make it better
