I cannot log in with my computer or mobile once I have either been kicked out or logged out. I am currently using my laptop, hoping I don't get forced to log out. Customer service keeps telling me that it will be fixed, but nothing. Then asked me to log in with my email. Which I have tried over and over. The one connected to my Facebook is not letting me reset the password that I had never created, and I do not get any other email to allow me to reset the password. I get the newsletter and other promotional emails, but no email asking me to reset my password. Not in the inbox, spam, junk, or trash. It has been escalated over to a specialist to fix, but nothing because I get an email stating I should check to see if I unsubscribe, but how do you do that if I can't even get on my mobile app and on the online site won't even allow me to see the setting for my email that is connected to this whole issue. SEND HELP! SOMEONE WHO CAN HELP ME!

If it does not prompt you that you have reverified your email, then you need to switch email and verify that the new email is connected to your Facebook account.
That is how I was able to log back in after more than 24 hours of being told that it will be fixed, and they are working on it with more than 5 representatives who clearly could not help me as other forms online did a better job to help me. Goodluck humans
