I got this notification on my story:

How do I even find the platform editor? There's no email provided, no leads on other discussion posts, and no indication of who to go to. Considering how this is a pretty big thing to not be able to get my book reviewed or voted/gifted, I'd think Webnovel would point to where the platform editor is.

Also, my story is original. It is not translated from some Chinese novel, I have more respect for myself than to do that; I put Chinese words because I am writing in a Chinese setting (although the novel is in English), so I put down some Chinese words for the translation in my endnotes. I got rid of the Chinese, also. I'm gonna need some help.
