I sympathize with those who gifted their remaining SS and is currently left with nothing. I'm glad I was careful in gifting my SS, so I still have SS saved up. Now, what I hate about this is that all the previous chapters I've read are now locked again. Why??!! Since we were members and we read those previous chapters while on membership, we should be able to reread the chapters as we need. Basically it means we have already bought those chapters. How come you locked all chapters again? so you are asking us to double spend? We spent on membership already and now we have to spend again to reread? Same as some of the readers here, I like rereading the novels I really like while waiting for new chapters to unfold. Now, all previous and future chapters are locked and it is so frustrating. Now, I'm so tempted to drop everything I'm reading and just go to free platforms to read novels. Or just buy books which would be a lot cheaper. Lastly, kindly address all of the comments/complaints in this forum. It is no se ignoring your customers, you will only lose more and more readers.

Hi, I've recently been having trouble with the app. Aside from automatically logging out when the app updates, I am also having trouble accessing the novels in my library when I log back in. It would only open up to the 1st chapter and it doesn't show the rest of the chapters, much less sync to the point where I'm already at. I would then log out and in until the issue is resolved. For the past few days, I sometimes can't see my SS. Meaning just a couple of lines appear above the spirit, power and energy. It happened several times. That also means when that happens, I can't check -in, and I can't open new chapters with spirit stones. I can watch videos and vote to earn spirit stones but I'm not sure if it adds to my balance or not since only lines appear above. I'm getting frustrated... Help?
