Had to write in to online customer service in order to get my compensation. For the 5-7 days of unable to login using Facebook, I have lost my 350+ days of login streak and more than 15 fast passes (lets say about 3/4 daily). Like i dont really care about the login streak as its just numbers. But at least give me back the fast passes i deserve right? I login daily for the past 1yr plus in order to get the 3-4 passes daily to read my favourite novels. Guess what, the compensation i received is +3 days login in streak and +3 fast passes. Haiz disappointed.
