Hey. Why am I not receiving any mail when I successfully invite someone? It used to work before but recently after three of my friends used my link to sign in to webnovel, I don't get any mail

So I've been sending out invites to my friends, and one of them said that my code can't be used anymore cause it reached its limit but when I checked the number of successful invites, it says that I've only invited 6/10. Is there really a limit on how many friends you can invite? Thank you~
