  • Darth_Xiane A lot of stories can be one shots. And a lot of longer ones do get finished too or at the very least, get a sizable audience before going on hiatus. Even if what you're saying is true that there's lots of clutter, still no reason for the 20 story limit at all. Especially with the people who do this for a living and use this site to gain exposure.

I've seen people with far more stories than that on Fanfiction.net, Hentai-Foundry, Wattpad, etc. Why the limit here? I've seen people argue because it's spam, but that makes absolutely no sense.

      • See topic title. Just learned about only being able to post up to 20 stories and that you can't even delete stories to make room for new ones. I say that, but some of the threads saying that are 1-2 years old, and I need to know if it's still the case.

Well I select "fanfic" for the category, and still no dice. Don't know if that clarifies things, but yeah. I see other fanfic authors having no problems whatsoever with adding tags.

          • Every time I go to add tags, I get a list of preset popular tags even before I type in anything, but these don't what I'm looking for. I try adding stuff like "smut," "r18," that sort of thing, and all that happens is as soon as I click outside of the text box, it goes completely blank. The ONLY time that a tag has ever registered is if it's on some preset list of popular tags that randomly fills in.
