burntpotato that is why i think webnovel is greedy and untrustworthy.
If i redeemed the 70% off voucher in novel i would have to buy coins.
However how can i trust them with my money if they suddenly remove a product that shoul be available for 5 months more?

I having the same problem. I was going to redeem a 70% o discount in novel and it dissapeared. Even if a couple of minutes before is was rhere and with more than 2000 vocher available and with a warning that it was available until june.
The auto unlock use fats pass in the chapter i enter and inthe first few unlocked chapters. That is a bug. If i enter a novel the logic thing is i want to read the new chapters not a chapter i deliberately jumped over.

1- Alterations are ok and a right that web novel has. My problem is with sudden and without explanation alterations. ex: 3 months before put a notice that there is going to have changes with details (something similar to this post is ok). You just don't surprise readers like that.
2- yes webnovel is too expensive. It is because of quality and utility. Same price you can and will buy a higher quality book. Aside from that the book physical or digital is mine. You can say that web novels products are also, however your changes and lack of notice make me not trust you so i prefer to use my money in a higher quality and safer place.
3- webnovel image is of greedy business and any change is always to worse the reader experience.
4 -i won't say how to profit or manage your business but if it not working for the customers there is something wrong.I started using webnovel because it is official and i want to support the author editor even webnovel. However i can't thrust a company that is always changing and without explanation. Make money is right and has to be the objective. however webnovel seriously has a problem with the how.
If a great number of people believe that is expensive it is. If the cost is really that you have a problem of publicity or business model.
Please don't just ignore complaints because it is not what you want to hear.They want us to pay and that is fair. However it is too expensive 4/5 chapters of some novels is the price off a book a book that i take 5h to read intead of 4/5 chapters that takes me 45min.
So i use my money in books not here because it isn't worthwhile. Ss coin and any change they make that doesn't make me think spending here is worth won't increase profits.
Actually it will make me think if it is worth reading here.Also want to know. The tags help to narrow down the choice of a new novel to read. I like magic realism for example and the tags help discover detail without reading spoilers.
