Hey, so, I wrote my first novel today and initially made a mspaint thumbnail (lol, of course...), and tried changing it later, but it shows up as the old one even 6h after I initially changed it. I tried to change it again another two or three times but no result.
So, the question is, do novel thumbnails (covers) update at a certain time during the day, for example at day reset, or does it need to be processed, or am I being dumb?
