Matheus_Henrique_5199 i don't know who you are referring me to, but before you say that "it does not work", try to ask the CSR first if what fb email adress is bound to your webnovel account. Then do the steps I provided. But if you still can't figure it out then it's not my problem. CSR = customer service representative.... I'll be leaving this thread since i got mine to work perfectly fine.

average_ff_enjoyr did you ask the CSR if what email address was bounded to your webnovel account?
I told you that 1st to 8th attempt was also giving me an error "Account Not Found". So I contacted the Online Customer Service if WHAT facebook email address is bounded to my webnovel account. I gave him my current email address and he said NO, IT WAS ANOTHER ONE. So I remembered that AFTER i registered to webnovel, i changed my facebook email address after 2 yrs. I tried my OLD email address and do a password reset and i successfully changed my password and was able to login. Basic.

bbclord_1314 read the "Facebook Login Outage" thread instead of creating a new one with the same concern.
The_Codice use the app instead of web browser. There were 4 FPs. 1x for daily login (w/ ads), 2x voting, 1x for ad viewing
Why is it that website or desktop browser login do not give free all-FP rewards everytime you do the daily login and vote like in the app?
Like you guys, i also complaint for 3 days. But after i tried something on my end and shared the method i used in this thread, nobody tried it and still complains. If the other party can't do anything on their part, then try to do your best to get better results than just waiting and complaining

Here is what I did. Since I changed my email address in facebook since 2020, it was bounded to the old email address that I am using when I registered back in 2018 I guess. If you changed your email address after your registration, your new email address will not be updated in the webnovel database. So......
- I GoTo Profile>Login>Mail Icon>Forgot Password>entered my OLD email address since my new email address cannot be found in the database (luckily I still have access to this old email add)
- Open my OLD email add and verified the change password confirmation and create new password
- Return to Webnovel, Profile>Login>Mail Icon>enter my OLD email address and NEW password
- Logged in
Ofcourse I request the CSR to change my bounded email address to my new email address. Hope this helps
48 hrs and i still cannot login using FB ^_^
VanTranFutureCorp tried that already and it only gave me a "email address not found" error. hopefully that will work on other people
9772Quirky i've tried to bind my email address with my facebook account thru CSR but they said that it'll take up to 48 hours. the post said that the facebook login issue will be fixed within 48 hours. no email from them regarding with the binding and if the facebook login has been fixed. they also said that they will provide compensation to those users that are affected. hopefully it can compensate the missed 4 passes/day during those period of time
