The comments displayed under the chapter are very distracting. It completely breaks immersion when you are moving between chapters and ruins the reading experience. If I want to read comments I prefer opening them like before the update.
It is especially glaring if the top comments happen to contain emoticons. I hope you will rollback this part of the update as its really ruining the reading experience.
Or make an option to make them hidden. Seriously I don't get why Qidian is trying to fix something which isn't broken.
Scarlet_Rain Perhaps they want to make more reader 'engagement'. Talking with fellow readers.
However, the biggest problem is spoiler. I prefer they used the system in review where people could mark their comments as contains spoiler.
I like it, makes the experience more interesting :)
The problem is that you're forced to see them, in other sites, the comments are ALWAYS after the next chapter button. But on WN, there is no next chapter button. The best you can do is scroll quickly and hope for no spoilers.
