My images come from either Pinterest, Google Images, Bing Images, or commercial free websites.

For non-commercial projects, such as a WN cover, yes, as you aren't making any money off of the image used. Now if you were to publish on Amazon, then the websites with commercial-free images is the route to go. Or to hire an artist, which I recommend because finding suitable images on free websites is hard.
