      For non-commercial projects, such as a WN cover, yes, as you aren't making any money off of the image used. Now if you were to publish on Amazon, then the websites with commercial-free images is the route to go. Or to hire an artist, which I recommend because finding suitable images on free websites is hard.

                        l_nimbus probably browse as I can see it just fine in firefox. It might also be that website in which the image hosted might be banned on your country. For example imgur is banned in mine so if it was from that I could not see it.
