Don’t you think that dividing upcoming novels into Female MC/Male MC with making Female MC page as default is unfair? It took me a few days to figure out that Death Scripture and other male lead novels hadn’t just disappeared but now are under “Male” button. And obviously many other users haven’t noticed the change neither, just look at the votes for “female novels” and Death Scripture before and after. While the one’s numbers have suddenly surged, the Death Scripture’s are almost still. If you want to have more female lead novels translated, just make them their own voting page.

    Gloomy4_669 I saw lot's of complains about that recently. It also forces particular genders to identify with those novels. What, can't I be a male and like romance genre? It really was a needless change IMHO. It was fairly obvious what kind of novels they were from book covers and titles anyway.

            qi1di1an I don't understand... how is this "forcing particular genders to identify with those novels"? It's just splitting them into male/female leads. If the split was "For women/For men" then yeah. But it's not.

            The problem is that they split the novels by using tabs. Instead of hiding 1 set, they should just have 2 headings:
            Male Lead Novels
            - ML 1
            - ML 2
            - ML 3
            Female Lead Novels
            - FL 1
            - FL 2
            - FL 3

            Simple.

                Oh looks like they changed it. If I don't remember wrongly, it used to be just male and female instead of male lead and female lead. Well it just shows they are listening to the community. YAY!

                      This is not about the change being good or bad. The big problem is that the "female" tab is the default one making a lot of people, who otherwise would have vote for the "male" novels, vote for the "female" novels.

                        Ya. I can see it took my a couple days to notice the little Male MC/Female MC tab.

                          This seems like a good topic for a research paper. "The current generation's problem with poor attention span and tunnel vision." I mean, it's pretty amazing how re-orienting your eyeballs a couple inches could be such a big problem for some.

                              Hah besides the design when it was just newly launched they f**** up the word female. It said 'famale'. I had to exit and enter the app again to check if it was just my eyes playing tricks on me but nah bro haha xD
