GoGo If something like that have happened to my mother i may think the same way as you. And i respect your decision even if i don't agree with you.
QIDIAN IS LOVE- Snowman Clan
Don't treat all dogs because of the wrong doings one dog has done.
Don't treat all humans because of the wrong doings one human has done to you.
Don't treat anyone based on the presumptions you hold based on their race, religion, sexuality, or way of life.
That's the policy I try to live by.
And that's my advice to you.
Of course I won't treat anyone based on what they like or dislike, so if you continue on your merry way you'll still be the GoGo that I love and enjoy.
we humans are able to give compassion and mercy because we are strong enough, if it were ever to come to humans or animals i would choose humans every time, that is the law of the Universe, u survive or u perish there is no in between. Humans are facing a crisis now, we know the earth is too small for future developments, so we set our eyes to space, humans are the pinnacle of earth, we recently become an interstellar race after voyager 2 left the solar system, we are already planing about leaving this planet 100 years early than its demise(maybe due to pollution or overpopulation) we kill to survive so don't feel sorry, be proud of the human race, we came a long we and we bet our ass we gonna stay on it for as long as we can, no matter what we have to do.
Cilliez I don't treat any animal wrong, I have never treated them wrong nor hurt them, I would even help them if it needs to be. But I would not give a damn about them more than a human's life!! I just think of them as a nuisance and a resource. It would be good if they can live a good life.
And I have never treated people different, well you know DA WAE I troll everyone. But I don't consider animals and human equal, animals are commodity and we are the consumers!
zswaleh We are not strong brother, we are actually pretty weak in comparison toward the carnivore counterpart of the animals, our only strength is the wisdom that we gained throughout our evolution. It is only our intelligence that helped us conquer this world, not our strength.
And we are not facing any crisis right now, not in the next 50years at least, the world will find a way for the over-population(outbreak of an unknown virus or war) to thin out the herd(humans). Earth is not a small place, it will remain the home of us humans even after the Earth is on its last legs. The intergalactic travel is a bit too far, as the earth didn't had much resources to build up a giant vehicle of that kind.
Even the mining operations would have not begun on the other planets, so leaving the planet(Chosen ones) is pretty much impossible.
We are pretty weak and insignificant!!
The_Fourth_Wall Zen I came back after a long time ~
you are Indian too!!
(from where?)
and both the story of the dog and the snake were full of wisdom and had a Panchatantra style
here I have one too
gorky AH!! I remember that book, oh! How much I loved to read them in the school library!!... CartoonNetwork even made a whole movie series surrounding them if I remember right.. I watched all the episodes even with the sub par flash animation!! Vikram and Vetal was my fav one and it is even now!!
GoGo u underestimate the human race too much, strength is strength, not just physical also we as the human race are reaching a roadblock that most scientist believe to be a barrier in which a species need to pass through, also 50 years is not a lot, actually it is too short, u might be thinking we are save but we as humans are just lucky to have survived for so long, think dinosaurs, 99% of them could easily kill us but they got annihilated just because a FUCKING rock fell, so yeah i worry for out future, also what i am most concerned about is resources, overpopulation leads to drop in resources, but hey not my problem to deal with right. wrong it is, but i will ignore it anyway cuz life man, the universe is a dark and fucked up place that makes us choose to die or find new ways to survive, i hope future generations find away out of our bleak looking future, peace
GoGo the world will find a way for the over-population(outbreak of an unknown virus or war) to thin out the herd(humans)
zswaleh I don't worry about Human population that much actually, nature or our leaders will find a way!! GO and watch Soylent Green... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0070723/
This is just one of the basic examples, Humanity will thrive, there is nothing to worry about!!
A bird once caught a worm early in the morning
and a brother-sister pair saw it
they followed the bird
and eventually reached the nest
they waited and after the mother bird was gone they inspected the nest
they instantly fell in love with the cute and eggs
So the boy climbed the ledge and petted and gave those small birdies some of there lunch , and let her sister play with them too
after they were done ,they put those birds and eggs back on the nest and left for their home
and the next day they came to the same place
again , hoping to say hello to those happy lil birds,
but ,what is this !!
they nest was overturned with animals in their place was a blank space
Instead Thier was broken eggs and dead chick on the ground, while an army of ants were busy with collecting their loot!
the children were sad, the nest was toppled and in its place a mourning bird was perched on the tree branch
they
tried to figure out what could have happened in their absence.
was it the wind?
but they whether was clam
was it the animals ?
but their was no marks of any such struggles
maybe the little chick made the nest fall by playing around?
the girl was asked the bird what befell on them
the bird answered , I overturned the nest myself
the girl was shocked and asked - why ? was it an accident?
the bird answered -no it was done intentionally!
the boy and girl both got frightened by this the boy
mustered some courage and asked
but wh -why?
the bird sighed and complained- the nest was tainted my children were corrupted by strangers
so they already learnt a worng lesson and changed forever!
instead of letting them suffer their whole life
I sent them away early to spare them the heartache and disappointments...
the children were too young although they meant well the results were cruel and opposite to their intentions......
the bird knew it was them who had treasspased it's nest
but it still kept quiet and didn't blame and accuse ,
as they were only children , so after telling the reason it flew away
the kids were aghast they were lost , and obviously thought that this was unfair !
they went back to their grandma and told her the events
and she told them a bengali quote
roughly translated it meant~
baby in her mother's arms
animals in their kingdoms
are their proper places!
(btw ,it's way more rhymey in the original language)
anyways the grandma taught them this with a lecture and the children finally new Thier mistakes ~~
what do u all think was the moral did the bird make a right decision? was it a wise choice -do keep in mind how humans and beasts have different habitats and lifestyles
(btw birds actually do that so be warned!)
and sorry for the story structure and writting style , I actually didn't even try to make it good
sigh typing in Mobiles is taxing~
zswaleh you just like to use too many f***ing words lol
I agree with your examples , but know that the human view itself is quite restricted
as a whole life is soooooo tenacious that it's doubtful that once it comes into existence , it will ever bow down and just fade away without a proper fight , and their is a very very high chance that it will actually come out on top!
and dinos aren't really all extinct some do live on like crocs and other reptiles
also most just adapted and evolved!
so it's not like all is lost is it?
gorky The state where is the first jyotirlinga.
In a small town an eye doctor had opened his clinic. He was a very kind man so he put a board on the door of his clinic. " In only 0.1$ you can read " He would check poor patients' eyes and write down the numbers of the lenses so that they could buy their spectacles with appropriate number. One day a person came to his office and he put frame on his nose and inserted the lenses on both sides and said "Read" . The person said " Can't read ". The doctor inserted another pair of lenses on both sides and said "Read". The person said" Can't read ". The doctor inserted another pair of lenses on both sides and said " Read ". The person said " Can't read ". This continued till half an hour. The doctor at last inserted two lenses which width was similar to a big glass bottle's bottom and said " Read ". The person said " Can't read ". The doctor was now quite angry and thought in his mind " Are you blind or something ?" Then a thought came to his mind and he asked the person " Are you literate?" The person replied " No sir, i am illiterate. I was passing through the street when someone told me that " There is a doctor who have put a board on the door of his clinic on which is written 'In 0.1$ you can read'. So i thought ' Let's go and take a look. If i can really learn how to read then can give 0.1$ kindly.' ". The other day in the town's newspaper there was a news of an eye doctor beating up a person in his clinic. ( By a famous comedian)
gorky For four years a beautiful pair of sparrow would come in our house every spring and they would make a nest on the lamp above our heads and near the fan. So we were careful not to switch on the fan whenever they are coming and going to collect material for the nest or food for their children. One time in summer the female sparrow ( yellow green colour and male sparrow was black indigo with shiny gleam of green) hit the fan we did not expect her to come out because it was night time and she had never come out like this before but after some time resting on our sofa then it gradually moved back to her nest. Two time her child had fell down from the nest. One with the help of a newspaper we put it in its nest carefully. Second time(another year) it died. Before the start of monsoon the children would come out from the nest and after making some trouble for us they will fly out of our house. Some young children would become prey of the crows if they couldn't fly properly. We put barriers on the doors and the windows of our house so for another year they couldn't come in our house. We thought it would be good for both of us. They came that year but they couldn't come in the house so they stayed near the door some time. After some days they built their nest in a tree near our house. But mostly every spring they would come once near our house and chirp. We don't know if they are the children or the original pair but remembering them makes me happy and smile.
