"Thank you Santa! I know you are very busy but if you can do an obligation on us then we will always be indebted to you. Can you come to meet my granddaughter Sarah in this two days if you have time? There is only one wish she has for Christmas - To meet Santa. Can you fulfill the last wish of a girl who is on death-bed ?"
Santa thought for sometime then said " I can't assuredly say but i would try to come. Give the details of your name, address and in which hospital Sarah is admitted to my assistant to write them down. "
The grandmother thanked Santa then gave the details to his assistant and assistant wrote them down. Then again the grandmother thanked him then went back with her grandson.
Santa also had a daughter. Seeing them Santa thought " If my daughter was on death-bed like that in a hospital then? " When he thought this his whole body shuddered with fear and suffer.
After the work was done Santa asked his assistant Rick about the details the grandmother had given. He also asked how to go to the hospital to him and also told him the reason for going there. Hearing about Sarah Rick also became weak. He took the responsibility to make Santa to reach to the hospital because he knew every corner of the city. Both of them came to the hospital. Rick sat in waiting room because he hadn't had the courage to see a little girl like Sarah on the death-bed.
Santa reached Sarah's room. From half open door he saw in. On the bed there was a girl sleeping who was very pale and thin. Seeing the grandmother and the child standing near her he thought that that girl must be Sarah. There were also some other persons. They were talking very quietly. A woman who was sitting near Sarah's pillow and adjusting Sarah's hair. Santa guessed that she should be Sarah's mother. Sarah's mother and grandmother would often wipe out their tears. After sometime the room became completely silent.
Santa hesitated for sometime. He had to go into the room which had serious atmosphere while laughing loudly because only then Sarah would feel that Santa has come. For a moment he thought it was impossible to do it. But he also knew other than that there was no way. At last he took two to four deep breaths to calm down then made up his mind.
He entered Sarah's room while laughing loudly in his Santa-Claus style " Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! "

        Sarah shouted " Santa!" All people became surprised because a moment ago Sarah was sleeping on the bed without moving for many days but then she woke up like she had gained new vitality. Santa came running and hugged Sarah. He stroked her head with his hand. Because of the side effects of the medicines of cancer Sarah had lost most of her hair. On her skin there were many red scars on many spots. Seeing her condition Santa felt choking of chest because of the his intensity of emotion but he didn't want to let Sarah know of his sadness otherwise she would broken down more. He forcefully suppressed his tears and started talking with Sarah with laughing face. Sarah had not talked much during those days but like she wanted to talk all of those days in one day she started talking. Seeing this miraculous difference in Sarah's behavior all family members became surprised. Sarah asked some questions to Santa then also told him what toys she wanted for Christmas.
        Santa asked " Sarah! Child! Do you believe in angles? " Sarah replied enthusiastically " Yes Santa! I believe." Santa said " Then i am going to tell your guardian angel to start taking care of your health from now on. Now he /she has the responsibility to cure you, okay?,"After saying this Santa put his hand on her head and closed his eyes. He started to pray for Sarah to become fully healed to the god and angles. During the prayer he felt a momentum of compassion such that as if he were the real Santa-Claus and all angels were listening to him! After completing his prayer he started singing quietly :
        " Night is very quiet, holy is this sky!
        Love is spread in every direction, holy is this light! "
        While singing quietly tears started coming down from his closed eyes. The people present in the room also started singing quietly. And in everyone's surprise Sarah also started singing with them. For one moment all of them felt the divine's presence in the room.
        The song completed. The holy peace spreaded throughout the room. Santa opened his eyes. Then took Sarah's hand in his hand and asked " Sarah! Child! Now you would have to do a work, would you do it? " Sarah said " Certainly do it, Santa! Tell me what i have to do?"
