I'm sure that the content in my novel is quite decent so far, but that is all useless if it fails to attract attention from the audience. I want to create/edit my novel's image, but most of the time it will require some kind of paid service. Is there any free editing software that I can use to create my own image and if there is, how would I be able to make my own image. (I'm new to this, If I ask questions, its just that I'm a noob)

Ierrech >100 USD? You can get professional work from a game illustrator. However, communication won't be easy as when you can see in flesh.

Nvm, I found out a good way. you go to google type the image you want, convert into a 600x800px then edit it so it has the title of your novel. I think that is a cheap way to create a cover.
