Good day. I bought 500 ss last night thru 7 eleven but when i go to 7eleven to pay, the payment cant get thru coz it is offline says the system. Please help.. Thank you

    Whenever I try to buy the stones and click "pay now," the pop-up screen just keeps loading without actually making any progress. I'm using the Firefox web browser.

    UPDATE: After a great deal of hullabaloo, I managed to use the app instead and pay for them through the Apple Store instead of Paypal.

      Can't pay with PayPal. Stuck on "redirecting" screen pls fix i want to read my novels :(

        Edit: managed to pay through Firefox. Received SS almost immediately.

            WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I pay with PayPal. Click accept and pay then says redirecting back to website(webnovel). Then I get a blank screen with a spinner and never loads webnovel. No SS and hopefully no debits?!?

                    Lost all my spirit stones I bought last week when the app updated, I had 1250, no way I used them in a week, fix this

                      Got charged and even have recipt for my spirit stones but I haven’t received anything. I haven’t even received a email back from support.

                        I have been attempting to purchase spirit stones on the app using my Google wallet however despite the play store saying I have £1.37 in my Google wallet the app shows I only have £0.24 in my Google wallet. I am unsure why this issue is orrucing. I have tried closing then reopening the app, logging out then back in however my Google wallet balance won't update within the app.

                          I bought 50SS hours ago. Transaction completed, my paypal's been debit, and I have even received a receipt from paypal. I have not received any reply from webnovel about my stones.

                            I have paid my SS RM79.90 1000+250 and charged from my bank account. Received receipt but I didnt get the SS. Cannot unlock because keep on showing i need to buy SS. Had requested refund from itune but rejected. Why only for this story 'the beautiful wife of whirlwind marriage' only i cannot unlock. Because aftet tht i bought rm3.90 50 ss cannot unlock but i can unlock other story.

                              yesterday i bought the new Privilege system.
                              i read that it'll unlock X amount of chapters.
                              the price was 5x the normal chapter unlock but i didnt mind.
                              i loved reading ahead.

                              after i bought it, nothing was unlocked. all i could see were new titles, i still had to spend SS to unlock chapters like normal. im already paying 5x the SS to unlock them and now im gonna have to spend another 1x SS to unlock them?

                              when i read the Privilege, it says it'll unlock chapters ahead. not unlock only titles. very misleading and im sure ALOT of people have been mislead.

                              i would like to request a refund of 2500 SS to my account. as i got nothing out of that purchase.
                              the wording was very misleading. im sure many others have the same opinion.
