How can we provide SS when the error happens when we click the package we want to buy and then error warning appears then nothing happens (while in fact it deduct my remaining prepaid amount).

I already send the email to service@webnovel.com a day ago but still haven't receive any reply, so I don't know if my mail/report have been processed or not.

I just want to buy 150+15 ss one time, but why I got charged 2 times without receiving any ss?

I just checked with my local provider and they said my prepaid got deducted 2 times (without any notification from email and got no additional ss)

Usually when I buy ss I'll get notification from google play and general@webnovel.com.

WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL Any info/update for this? I can't read newest IRAS, SGG, TWO and other premium novel because of this. Must I get the detail of transaction from my local provider? BTW I'm in GMT +7 (Indonesia).

Alice_W Well, what happens to me more like got charged but no SS.... u.u and now I can't read most of new chapters from some of the novels.... and it's already 3 freaking days with no response or any new info/updates from WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL , CKtalon or service@webnovel.com.... u.u....

Just a quick note to all....it is always better to buy atleast 150 SS or more points, Believe me these get used pretty quickly.

VINTAGE_DUST Well, this happens when I'm buying 150+15 ss package, error 2 times got charged 2 times the amount when I just want to buy 1 package, got no SS, no responses from the team either by mail or forum..... starting to lose my trust and patient for this issue.... kinda feels like got rob of my money from this issue.....

Tried buying SS earlier today but it kept on saying that there was something wrong with Code 2 (whatever that is). Tried using 2 different cards for billing but it declined both. :(
