WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL First I bought privilege with 1000 spirit stones and read 27 chapters and then upgrade 500 spirit stone privilege for 35 chapters but instead of reading I bought another upgrade for 1000 Sprite stones for 50 chapters then I started reading then 16 chapters latter the chapters got blocked saying as an server error then my previous 1000 Sprite stone have gone to West plus next I again believe in this crappy app and bought 500 Sprite stone for next chapter but the stones are gone and chapters are still asking for Sprite stone for privilege ... It's a crappy system
I've been trying to purchase spirit stones for more than a month using Google Wallet but to no vail. Using PayPal isn't an option in my Android phone, so please give me another solution or fix the problem. I really want some spirit stones. My debit cards are being rejected, fix this problem soon.

Ezria you can set up PayPal on a google store as a payment method,
I have 2 PayPal accounts set up np one for myself and one for my company's card
and they let you one-click with them if you can't work it out,
live chat to one of the google payment staff which is under your app's and payments menu
Today I tried purchasing the 2500 SS pack. It went to PayPal fine and I have had notification from PayPal that the transaction was made, but not received any confirmation or SS to my Webnovel account. Previously SS have appeared almost straight away and I have received notification in my Inbox and shown the deposit in my history. Not this time however. I have sent an e-mail to service@webnovel.com forwarding on the PayPal confirmation. Hopefully this will resolve quickly.
i just tried twice to purchase the 1000 ss pack for 19.99 and it keeps saying something went wrong please try again

which is Tencent china home page for all their TV anime and games but unless your Chinese you 99% get blocked from watching stuff if you don't know

Edit: @6pm Uk ... just tried to buy again even log in and out, but the Paypal box is swapping between the qq.com Paypal request and the old webnovel.com.....
someone must have screwed up the website PayPal API interface for taking payment when doing a update,an patch or something as it still just sits and spins it's 3 dots around and around, luckily i don't need them as was just getting spares but it is a joke as the payment box is yoyoing between the 2 URL's I've linked
There is a special for getting extra bonus SS but only for those who do not pay with PayPal and PayPal is the only payment option that is given. Hmpf.

pliszka it's only on the phones using google play or apple wallet if you read the full page its listed under part 2 of the rules , but you can top up google wallet with PayPal as I have 2 linked PayPal accounts and know it works as I bought in-game stuff for the happy potter AVR game only 2 days ago ..
they are treating the website as a second class but they again the plugin API used to make PayPal payments is buggered since this weeks website changes
to be blunt with the PayPal problem and buying ss via the website its been screwed all week but it feels like they are trying to push people away again to free reading sites as you sail the sea as you can't BUY OR PAY ...and no wonder when I looked at the IPO stock levels dropped by 70% + in value people want to buy stuff but you can't be arsed to take the money

Hi i bought SS and used the 400SS to open 5chp but it didn't opened and it was actually closed the previous chapters that I've read.. How should i take back the SS or open the chapters that i want to read
Finding it difficult to buy through google pay because local debit master card not accepted. I suggest if local call credit can be used.
