Sweetpeas The level should simply come from experience points, I never invited anyone and I advanced. There are one-time tasks like inviting, and daily tasks that can provide 70 exp if you do them all, and some weekend bonuses. Level 3 requires 500 exp, if you have that many, you should complain, if not, complete more daily tasks.
Comics should also allow to write chapter comments, but they do not.

Level 6 exists, it does not seem to have any extra privileges, although I seem to be getting weekend bonuses that I did not see before. MOREOVER! Once you reach level 6, the experience counter promises that with 25,000 experience points you will advance to the next level, presumably 7th! Once on that level, everybody on level 6 has to address you as Senior Brother/Sister/Undisclosed, on level 5 the proper address form will be Martial Uncle/Aunt/Older relative, on Level 4 they have to write Ancestor etc. Like "It was a very stupid joke, my dear Martial Aunt."

mholmen I did a comparative calculation. If you buy books, a paperback is about 8 dollars and a new book (1st or 2nd print) twice that, trade paperback, or three times that. Assuming 1 stone is 2c, one page two stones, 4 cents for a page here, and 500 page book, 20 dollars. That's a bit pricy but comparative with Amazon. One should also observe that there are bonus stones, free chapters etc. So called full novel here corresponds to a series in traditional publishing.
However, it would be wise to cater also to those who have less money and the way traditional publishing does it is to have the cheaper editions released after one year. I would recommend offering chapters that are released a year ago on volume basis and 50% smaller price, and the chapters that are two years old, at 25% of the initial price. People with more money may afford to be impatient, those with less money would still contribute to the welfare of the authors. Mind you, less popular books appear in paperback in their first print, and they are not necessarily any worse.Four months of diligent cultivation is a modest requirement. To be a Martial Knight you need few years of practicing for hours each day, and here four months of five easy tasks per day. Ah, young people these days...
I am getting such a message about SS balance
366 Including 366 bonus 9 bonus expires after 29 daysThis makes no sense because when I look at the most recent 366 bonus SS, they were obtained on Jan 26 or later, so all of them should have more than 60 days to expire. Is it a wrongly computed message or there are some "secret ways" in which bonus stones can expire?

Some sites have this useful function: if you click on an author name you get the list of her/his books.
Another useful function is using combinations of tags, romance + xianxia or whatever.
And a totally spiffy new function: get a list of chapters that contain a name of a character, perhaps any word of phrase could be used. It is like "control-F" or "meta-F", thus it is easier to implement the search for any phrase rather than for character of the story. These novels have a lot of different people, and few of us know Chinese so the names are not easy to remember, and there are frequent discussions in comments like "Who is that person"?pliszka is the Polish word for wagtail, in Japanese this is sekirei, "Sekirei" is a famous manga+anime.
