I have problem in unlocking the chapter. How can I unlock them?
SoeMinShin i thought my card was the problem but after checking with the bank, i just discovered im not the only one having this problem.

I have bought more ss and the transaction has gone through. I received a receipt and the money has been taken from my bank. Now usually the ss would be avaliable for use relatively fast, maybe an hour at most. But after more than 10 hours i am concerned.
Is there a problem with transactions being processed right now? Or is it something else.

There’s something wrong with the app itself I tried purchasing SS for the past few days and it wasn’t successful. Always shows code1, code0 error. Then a few hours ago I thought I would be able to buy cause it passed through but then it redirected me to the payment scheme I thought I have a problem with my card I tried fixing it but seems like there is nothing wrong. And the I tried subscribing for Netflix just to try my luck whether I really have a problem with my card but guess what my card just works fine. Webnovel team can you just fix the problem or atleast give us some explanations on what are the problems what are you doing to improve it.
