      WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL ' Hi can you modify your SS pay pal policy to make it more customer friendly, feasible/reasonable for them as its too expensive. It would be nice if you do so as the existing policy does not help reader but hurts them significantly. I have made a suggestion at several forums discussing this similar issue, would appreciate it if you seriously consider it and could show your sincerity towards your customers (existing and new). I am getting the impression that you are not considering alternatives hence the present and future customers are not feeling any sincerity from you. Its not a bad thing if you do some changes that could benefit all parties in the long run. What I am seeing unhappy readers, including myself.

      If you say that you want to help us out, please prove to us that you are willing to do so, We are not seeing this.

                  PayPal page doesn't open so I can't purchase any stones. Your system tries to connect to the paypal express checkout but doesn't do so and is stuck on the loading screen.

                        Webnoveldeveloper As I already email before and as I already have tell in the forum, I don't use paypal but use Google Play to buy the SS, When I tried to buy the 150+15 SS package error happens and then I tried again and error and when I tried the third times I got warning that my balance is not enough, I already send email to service@webnovel.com at 8th October 2018 06:05 AM (GMT +7 (Indonesia).

                                It likely has to do with a connection with PayPal or Midas. Perhaps you can try the purchase on another computer and/or on a different network. You can also try making the purchase on your phone through the mobile browser set to Desktop Mode.

                                    FallenStar You will need to provide your Google transaction ID (the receipt from Google) for Webnovel to verify. If you did not receive a receipt from Google, it means the transaction didn't succeed. If the transaction deducted money from you, but you did not receive a receipt, you should bring this up with Google support since they are the payment merchant, not Webnovel.

                                    In addition, your problems might be a Google problem such as not having an adequate balance in your Google Play account, and/or your debit/credit card is somehow invalid. Again, this should be brought to Google.

                                        WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL Mine doesn't say failure to buy, or anything like that, but when I do the "earn more" SS thing, it doesn't give me any, and when I just bought some, it says that it was successful, but isn't giving me any. My app on my phone isn't even working anymore, and when I try to report anything, the site and app says that I do not have an email with the site, which is BS because I REMEMBER setting it up, twice.                                                   I was experiencing the same issue while using Firefox. I tried on both my PC and my iPad but it didn't work. I switched over to Google Chrome however and after just a bit the popup finally worked and I was able to proceed with my purchase.

                                                  If I recall, Firefox had an update about a week ago, so there is probably some conflict with their update and the popup.
