            I was experiencing the same issue while using Firefox. I tried on both my PC and my iPad but it didn't work. I switched over to Google Chrome however and after just a bit the popup finally worked and I was able to proceed with my purchase.

            If I recall, Firefox had an update about a week ago, so there is probably some conflict with their update and the popup.
