truthorlie if you did not recieve it, you may have put in your name wrong when you did the survey
Dontlookdown I don't think there was an option to put name there. since the link was connected to webnovel account. they would know it automatically. I might have remembered wrong though.

angelika14 It was a one time offer I think. You had to fill a survey.
VINTAGE_DUST You only had to do it once. You either had your username wrong or you failed to claim the SS in your inbox under "message".
If it's none of the above, then it's a bug on @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL's side
