I am reading some novels like Perfect Secret Love: The Bad New Wife is a Little Sweet , Evil Emperor's Wild Consort, Trial Marriage Husband: Need to Work Hard, and others, and I bought SS and I used them to read all the chapters until the last available. Today I wanted to re read some old chapters that I read a few weeks ago, and I see that some chapters are locked again. Why does this happen?

              DeJeL No, they just didn't actually purchase those chapters back when they were made free to read. Purchase being spending (free or paid) SS (not on the 4 SS ad skip, or using ads to skip, or free daily unlock)

                  basically, if they were free to read, you didn't pay for them, since the novel is premium now, you have to pay again

                        soooo ... spending 4 SS did not count as spending SS to unlock ? all chapters unlocking by spending 4 SS will become locked again when they become premium .. ?

                              Since they are being asked to pay twice for the same product, how about a refund or a discount of 4 SS for the people who used 4SS to unlock the chapters hmm?

                                  i also facing the same problem here for 2 stories...1 stories only use 4SS and has that ads option...the other 1 need around 12 to 14SS to unlocked it and it doesnt have that ads option...however its has been locked back when i want to reread it again for 2nd time...the latter stories i unlocked it with SS that i bought...free SS definitely not enough to unlocked this stories...

                                    None of the chapters that I paid have the add option, all of them I have the proof of using the SS in my consume history and are block again. I emailed to service@webnovel.com I am waiting for their answer

                                      Dontlookdown I paid for chapters with in-site currency. I should have access to that forever. Instead after taking a break, I come back to locked chapters. Chapter I paid for. How am I supposed to refresh my memory or re-read for fun?

                                          I happened to experience the same thing.. I had finished reading quite alot novels then when I got my time to read them all over again, the novel suddenly need to unlocked again.. So frustrating.. Seems being robbed again
