Blackvision I full well agree with Dr_Zombie
Sure, if it's truly as bad as they say, I'm not sure whether I could read it well, but I read all this without issue, so I doubt that I would have that much issue with it.;,;. Maybe link your work, so I can add it to my TBR list (To Be Reviewed)?
I'm giving up!
Blackvision I would, but sorry, I would rather be paid and leave you with the full copyright, for I have not the time to be assisting someone unless I can use that to support myself, meaning you pay me actual money and maybe, but if I did that in such a way, I would not want any of the copyright, since I am just 'doing my job' sort of speak.;,;..... Also, I may not even be the best person for the task... For I do not see issues in tense, but can spot all other issues with careful evaluation.
(I am from the U.S.A.)
Dr_Zombie <--- There are too many novels with bad grammar, don't worry about it, just work to improve yourself.
I'm willing to help edit, I have nothing to do and my novel is....Well, yeah.
Send me your discord if you are willing to have me as your editor(Be warned, I may not have the best grammar but I will try my best).
P.s can't go on discord atm, but I will be on around 4(In about 3 hours)
Anyways, if you want me to edit, just reply back with your answer.

Blackvision Sad to see you give up, instead of actually improving your english skills, seems like you don't want to be an english writing author hard enough.
It maybe sounds harsh, but there should be a qualitative difference between random forum posts and a novel. It's less irritating to read a forum post full of mistakes about a topic you care, than to read a novel where the author cares so little about his own creation, that it is full of mistakes. Often simple mistakes.
My english isn't that good, but I often see people (translators and authors) on this website make constantly mistakes in their usage of "was" and "were"... And other stuff you (should) learn in 7th grade (around 13 year old kids), too.
Instead of motivating you to continue the story, your readers should motivate you to take your linguistic education seriously, so they can enjoy higher quality stories from you.
"I am an amateur, so I am allowed to make mistakes without being called out for it." <- this kind of attitude is mocking amateurs who seriously try hard to become more than "mere amateurs" posting their novel ideas in a forum.
If you simply enjoy writing your story, you shouldn't care about the ratings/reviews. But if you DO care about recognition and approval of your readers, your skills in the language-of-content should have a veeeery high priority.
Hell, even (or especially?) with friends you may get mocked for years for a simple slip of your tongue, making a "stupid" grammatical mistake or accidently saying something funny. Why would you think that strangers (who don't like you as a person, sry) who seek entertainment would be nice to you?
I understand that you're frustrated, but so are all those people who write harsh reviews/comments. Sorry, but there is no safespace outside of feminist & sjw tumblr pages in the internet.
Misguided_Rooster Thank you very much, but I just started sending the novel to a person I found at Discord.
Luckily, there are people willing to take that small risk, that will only make me give my best from now on!
@CKtalon Would you kindly close this page?
SinisterSmile Did you use the google translator to create this incredibly insightful post of yours?
I'm sad you gave up. do you think only you I also feel worse. I have no good grammar at all but I will continue to try. I don't even have an editor or even translator. that's very bad for me
Lol, bad grammar is better than shitty plots, you know? So chill and man up.
and webnovel is originally for translations, no one is strict in grammar. you can always edit in the future. besides, this is not rr.
