I've been reading wuxia books and such for a couple of years moving from wuxiaworld to gravitytales and now webnovel. I mean I love reading these books and especially give props to those original and fan fiction novels. (some of you can write fast)

The only thing I kind want tho is give more premium Chapters that we can view with ads because I understand that you need money (I feel mine draining too fast) but when I see a competed book but the whole book is all premium Chapters that cost 8-10ss can be quite frustrating. Even before this major increase of premium novels, I found it hard to enjoy my favorite books when I have to consider the worth of a chapter and pay ss only to find it was a big filler chapter that was 12 ss. I know those books that aren't fully premium have this function but I think you can still earn a good income from the ads on the app while allowing the readers to keep reading as much as we like,which I'm pretty sure what this app was made for.( And for those who can't wait can still use ss) I personally wouldn't mind watching 30 second ads if I can read all the chapters I want but ya know it's just a suggestion idk if anyone had mentioned it yet
Well I'm not an expert at econ but I hope you consider it since I'm sure lots of us would appreciate the increase the number of chapters one can read while (maybe?) giving a decent income.

Sunnybee123 Hahaha this like the million post/suggestion asking webnovel to change. And nope it’s not gonna work, they don’t care abt us, only money and the Whales. The only reply I will get from Webnovel is them justifying how this system is fair(for them only), how ads is not enough for them and how much favour they have given us (free chapters which is obviously not a favour since it used to be free before webnovel shows up). So either just be a idiot and buy SS and read books or be smart and find other places and ways to read it.

AlexNeo I've even read an alternate translation of Card Apprentice posted somewhere in the internet on a forum-like site and somebody had audacity to write in a comment between chapters that the translator should stop translating that novel, otherwise they will have a clash with law.

Give translators back the right to translate!

I don't know where are you from, but back here in Poland, as long as they don't gain any profit from this, the translator has all rights to the translation, not the author of original work.

What does the situation with authors' rights looks like in your countries, fellow readers?

I don't hate premium system but I prefer subscription method.why don't one pay like 5$ for a novel per month?For 10-15$ you can buy a novel in Amazon which are more famous than these novels.
