What's your purpose for reading?
I used to hate reading, but I found it quite enjoyable(when the story is good) and I put my years of gaming behind and finally started reading. I'm addicted to reading now, I read pretty much everyday and I haven't broken this record ever since I started reading.
I read and play Minecraft to de-stress, it just helps my brain to calm down from the day-to-day stressors.
I want to become immortal
At this point for me, I only get to read when I'm doing research or grading kid's assignments... I miss reading other novels for pleasure. I don't even have time to read my webcomics anymore. I pretty much only get 1 day in a month to have at it.
BTW: I am on this forum as a quick 5-minute break before I slave away again!

I play games for the storyline most of the time. It's interactive reading XD
Well I'm an introvert and I dont like going outside or partying. Reading some novels when I dont play games is a must, especially if theres a lot of chapter and its good.
@Misguided_Rooster dude me and you are the same. I use to hate reading as a form of entertainment and always thought those people were geeks and stuff. I even thought about anime like that back in the day. I began reading because I got sick of childish anime. Im mainly into like fantasy genres so anime was like the best type. But then the plot armor fro anime was always too thick and ridiculous. Like if the heroine gets captured the enemies wait like 3 days to interact with her and then proceed to rip her clothes off after the mc 'miraculously' finds her in the huge ass country. He then knocks out his enemies and leaves. I seriously hate when an enemy gets knocked out cold and the mc thinks thats enough revenge. So yeah i began to read stuff with plot armor not as thick and an mc that will kill when necessary.

but want started read never stop keep all day & true anime plot armor it to much
