I really like the recommendation digest gives me a fun and detailed review before starting a novel. However my biggest concern is the sporadic dropping of novels and them not being updated.
I have started a few novels, enjoyed them, started getting invested in them to suddenly have no more translation updates.Also as a novel reading provider I think this is a huge lack of management for Webnovel
First this is mismagment if you offer a product you should ensure it’s continuity even if going to be dropped ther should be system of informing readers and the reasons for it.

Second there is no platform or way to inform about this issue and have it rectified.
Having a proper customer service link or contact is desperately needed otherwise this way of randomly posting on forum and hoping it gets noticed is counter productive and frustrating.
So tell me how would I start reading a novel with peace of mind if I don’t even know if it’s going to continue being translated or not.
Webnovel should be more professional and streamlined and try to effectively control and address this issue otherwise it leave quite a bad impression of the mangement and service provided.
