They changed the daily check-in rewards for the mobile app and I guess that they're also starting to apply it to the website.
Last time I got 20 exp from it instead of ss.
The other time I got 2 power stones instead of ss.
If you didn't get ss from the check-in then you might have received some other reward.
It doesn't work.

I am writing this on my laptop since I type faster on an actual keyboard than on my phone.
If you cannot download the latest update given in the first post, you must copy and paste the URL into your phone browser (whether it be Firefox, Chrome, Opera, etc.) which will then prompt the new APK to download. [Video shows the process of downloading the update]
First thing I noticed when trying out the latest version is that the loading screen takes a few secs longer than the older version previously did.
Phone: Huawei Ascend XT
Android Version: 6.0.1
Latest Version [Opened after fresh Update/ No other apps open]: About 10 ~ 11 secs to load
Latest Version [Reopening after Clearing Webnovel from App list]: About 6 ~ 7 secs to load
Older Version [No other apps Open]: About 4 secs to load
I tried exiting and reopening the updated WN app a few times and 6 ~ 7 secs was the concurrent times for all my tries.
When clicking the explorer page, it gives me a white screen for about 2 secs before it actually shows anything. Not a major problem but when I click on stuff on apps, I usually expect to see the content right away.
Reading the novels and page flipping is still smooth.
I like it. It works the same.
Only issue I have, I did not recieve any SS when I installed the newest update.
What if you've downloaded it before ? How would you gain your spirit stones ?

Could you please make the read chapters synchronize between the phone and pc as well? When you read on pc and then open an app, it gives you the option to synchronize with your current progression. Not the other way around though. And thats really annoying.

Ok, I've come back today with some complaints.
I guess yesterday my WN app didn't officially update the layout until today? I'm not sure but I've noticed some [big] changes and they aren't good in any way whatsoever.
First off, I will post 2 SS of what my WN app looked like before the update. Side by side, we have pictures of how my library looked before the update and how the smallest font looked like when I read novels. Notice there is no big white border around the text. [The text is actually still a bit bigger than what I like but this is the smallest it can go.]
Now, here is what my app looks like after the update officially happened.
My libraries novel's are so big and close together that the novel update notification is partially cut off. The new font for reading novels is quite a bit bigger than the old version's font. It also has an unnecessary border around the text making the text you actually read on the page lesser.
Keep in mind, both of the before and after novel font's are at the smallest size possible!!
Aside from these issues and the one I mentioned in my earlier post, everything seems to be working fine.
I actually ended up going back to the old version because the huge font makes me feel as if I am a somewhat blind person who needs extra large fonts to be able to read/ see the text. :/.

2. History of Power/Energy stones SWITCHED
Power stones are for voting the existing novel while energy stones are for the priority of the upcoming release of a novel, right? But after checking it's history, the entries under the power stone tab are entries of the upcoming novels. So is in the energy stone tab, history entries under it are from my library.

I'd recommend bringing back the what's next banner. It makes it easier to find/click for newer users that don't know what the icon looks like. Also this new version only works on my current device. My old Android won't update the app.

Issue :
I prefer the old design (sizes) of the font (rating,reedem gift card,forum etc). I FEEL LIKE IM A SENIOR CITIZEN NEEDED AN UPCLOSE...and the book icons are too large.
I tried to change the language to Filipino and nothing changes. I exit the app , and even refresh it.
