I am logged out of the app at random times. I can usually log back in without issue, but now I have a problem.
I am asked for a validation code, but I am not receiving any emails (I have checked the spam folder as well and there are no emails from Webnovel there either). I have tried to uninstall/reinstall the app as well, but this doesn't solve the issue.
I have received emails from Webnovel in the past, but for the past few days, I am not receiving anything.

got the same problem, using abine for the mail. and it doesnt register any mail sended what so ever, so it cant even be in spam. rip account
Did you turn on the setting to receive emails in your profile settings?

Senshi What Validation code are you talking about? Is it the code sent by Guardian of Webnovel, or the email verification code you need to enter before you can publish your book in Inkstone?

I know the problem.
So this is what you must do. Type in your email. Don't type anything in the validation code. You need to press SEND CODE on the right side. Then you will get an email with the code.
