Hello everyone,

So, as you all could see, my new novel that I just created can not receive any powerstones. Not from myself, and not from other people.

It says this: Backend Service Error. No idea what it means, but it's a troublesome issue indeed. I tried creating a new novel with a slightly different title and the same content so it could maybe fix the issue, but it did not work. The same exact error showed up once again.

This original work of mine doesn't even show up in the list of works on my own personal character page!

This is just stupid, my novel can't even receive powerstones! My fans are complaining that they can't even give any support.

I hope someone can find a solution for this problem.

Ps: Name of the old version of the novel is; The Adventure of a Lifetime (HxH Fanfic)

New version: (HxH Fanfic) The Adventure of a Lifetime. (This one can get deleted, I decided to stick to the old version instead,)

    what is wrong with qidian team is there any one working, is there any administrator , dude author is working hard to make his work known and there are many readers as of now but we cant even support our author.
    please make note that this is resolved if author quits because of this where can i read damn hope it gets fixed,
    and we support u author so keep releasing the chapters and dont slow down love the novel

    they keep the DROPPED novel and you can give stone but the author who is working hard they don't give a f**k

    Thank you for all your hard work. I have a similar problem with powerstones.

    Just yesterday I tried sending my story powerstones because I noticed other authors did this. But today, my powerstone count reset to 0!

    However in the ‘see all who voted’, I clearly have 9 votes. This might be a small number but it’s important to me as a beginning author. I also noticed that the power stone counts are off for other authors’ novels too!

      Chryiss every week/monday(gmt 8+) will reset automatically. "See all who voted" your novel is the list who (fan) vote your novel in past few week, doest count for weekly ranking.

          Yuki_Qing Ah thank you so much! I was trying to piece it together just after I posted and noticed it was at Monday’s reading reset, and saw the same for translations too!

          I recall now I saw some reference of it long ago, but it wasn’t clear. This is a better clarification.

            CKtalon I've got the problem now with my novel Bringing the Advanced Arsenal to Another World. Are you still fixing them?

            If you are there's another author named Momielxai writing a story called The Domineering CEO vs the Arrogant CEO that also has the problem.

                    CKtalon Can you also help my book? I seem to have the same problem as this one. My fans couldn't vote my novel. They said it's an error all the time. I didn't use any illegal characters in my novel it's pure from my imagination and experience. I hope my story would not be banned by this.
