Because 24:00 = 00.00 as Webnovel said earlier, and the last minute of 27th is 23:59:59.99 or you could also say 11:59:59.99pm, therefore if they did on 24.00, which is the next day,it would be 28th 00:00:00:00 or 24:00:00:00. Hahaha. I REALLY hope so. Because at that time I was in the lead and I won haha.
But they made a final 24 hr countdown at that time saying I am in the lead so I am pretty sure they meant 12:00 AM Dec 28th or 11:59 PM Dec 27 as the end time. But their usage of 24:00 is so weird since we consider it as 0:00.
