GreatSage_Arcadia I do exactly what you asked for in mine. I don't decern between people of different races either and borrow cultures, gods, and mythological beings from around the world.

I never say if someone is straight up African, European, or Asian looking. Instead, I say they are tan, but let the reader decide what sort of tan I am referring to. My world is a colorblind world but has racism in the form of other races.

As you can see, even my MC is named after an Irish goddess.

I publish 1 chapter a day (Never missed a day since March). I have moved because of pirating issues to Patreon but still publish the daily free chapters there.

I am reading Priestess of The Land, it's a fantasy novel with transmigrated MC. But unlike most, the novel is set in a somewhat egyptian world (i suck at explaining things, forgive me). The author is Jessie. You should check it out if you want to have a break of chinese-oriented transmigration novels. 🙂

as a theme how about a reverse teleportation/Transmigration/Summoning? like from a medieval world or fantasy world to a Modern/Science fiction world?

        OH BOY!

I was always planning on how to add a celtic, norse and Germanic types of phrases, and fighting styles into my story. But haven't gotten that far yet ;( hoped to integrate it with a 'western' witchcraft and magic theme, while also having a dash of cultivation in there.

Man, I am but one single author who has just started writing my first novel not too long ago, and have already planned a great deal out.

But as I solely wish to improve my story. Two heads are better than one, and I wish to ask what kind of take/combo YOU would find the most attractive.

        Hope to hear back!

I can't say I can help with all the specifications as I don't provide a synopsis on the website itself, but if you're looking for well-made books, I suggest searching on: https://virtualbookshelf.home.blog/webnovel/
It does list genres, but if you're intrigued by the title, you can click on the book icon next to each entry, and it'll direct you to that story . Of course, from there, you can read the synopsis.

GreatSage_Arcadia. Check me out bruh. Rednecks in cultivator clothing.... Or maybe it's the other way around im n It really sure what it is but it's a barrel of laughs I'd love for your opinion on it I feel it's not a typical cultivation novel anyways. Thanks.
A Slackers Guide To Immortality is the title.

lets_get_this_rice if you are looking for Celtic, Norse and Germanic related stuff for your work fighting style stuff is actually fairly easy being axes spears and round shields as swords were more of a status symbol and bows would be hunting bows and composite horse bows generally gotten from the eastern steppe peoples trough trade or as loot trowing weapons are good 2 javelins and axes i think slings are also a interesting thought for the more rarely used dual wielding would be mainly axes or saxes the short bladed weapon not the musical instrument as for western witchcraft it would probably be Druidism & shamanism or ancestor worship and strange divinities being offered human sacrifices mostly trough drowning & hanging or fire with the occasional dagger to the heart/neck in strange ceremonies as for magic you would need 2 split it a little religious stuff and the more arcane things cultivation is actually not impossible 2 introduce in a more western themed story the norse having the Sejd and fairly regular use of magical items and mystical/spiritual relics it would not take much effort to revamp some of the actual practices of the ancients into a doable cultivation system... not 2 mention the vampires and possible bloodline transformations of the werewolves you could use a variety of animals for transforming purposes...

SouthToiletWizard sounds like a cool idea! mixing classic american culture with ancient and mystical cultivators would at the very least be funny making pills with a moonshine still and hunting strange creatures in the deep woods i think Indians would make a great part of that 2 lol driving a magical pickup truck...

Mat33 Terror Infinity was fine on the first adventure, but I dropped it after a thousand Kayakos fused to be one giant mecha Kayako. XD

make a halo fanfic or a reincarnator in dxd with unlimited blade works. their many combinations you can make

                    4 months later

lol food for thought the real world turned game world and people get class choices based on tools/weapons/items in their immediate surroundings lol then a creative author would only need to avoid the more popular cliches or at least do them with a twist there are probably already novels like this out there i remember reading at least 2 novels using this process or some form of it well out with the big nono things mc wielding swords or at least your average type of sword NO DUAL WIELDING SWORDS well sword and a type of dagger/knife is fine the mc would need some kind of magic since it would not be fantasy without magic i would like some input since i am just tossing out some of my thoughts here...

Well I'm proud to say that at least in the rarity I can beat everyone (Shamelessly XD).

To me there's two types of originality in literature. First is mostly seen above, that is, adding/removing/modifying/combining certain elements of existing, popular, and vulgar--if you pardon the word--cliches. This is the quick, easy type of originality, and can be viewed as refreshing temprorarily, but as soon as it possesses some maturity in quality to make itself popular, it will become the new generarion of boring cliche.

What I'm trying to do is the second type--a true, fundamental one that cannot be copied, just like you cannot say there are two natural-born persons who are exactly the same. It is a fanfic of an old, niche cult-classic video game, but at the same time, "From the first lines, felt 'classic style'--literary processing, knowledge of the composition of the construction of the text: Prologue, Exposure, Outline of Action, Main Action, Climax, Decoupling, Epilogue, Lyrical Digression...evident in the text! This is not similar to the usual text of the novels, your work, similar to the old fiction of the 20th century!" (quoted from a review of my book), and yet with this classic writing style, it is very easy to read and not obscure or slow-paced at all.

As for the theme, it is very obviously about vampires, and written in the perceptive of vampires. But most of the "vampire" books nowadays are cliche, cheesy romances trying to be "original" by clothing themselves with a vampire skin. But fortunately the original work of my fiction, the World of Darkness series provided an exquisite set of world building and lore about the vampires that actually made them a complete and complex species, based on which I can build up my story and innovate upon their works (standing on the shoulder of giants, so they say XD).

So yep, that's about it. Finally I can stop this uncomfortable self-boosting :<. Besides, it's only 10K words long right now, doesn't really hurt to give it a try: https://www.webnovel.com/book/14316549305962705 XD

Appreciate any forms of comments/reviews about the book, as far as it's honest and genuine, not some phony, empty 5-stars :>

GreatSage_Arcadia gd day. I'm a new writer and I'm writing in Multiverse Transmigration where the MC and side character travels from one body to another solving mysteries, kidnappings, paranormal supernatural as well as having skills not through monitored cultivation but through experiences gained through practises as well as from the body he transmigrated.

Its set in the current times right into the 19th century and takes place in early South East Asia region where technology was almost non existent, to Japan, Thailand as well as other parts of the world.

MC would need to complete a certain life changing history of the body he transmigrated through a passage of time and events.

You may read and also recommend this novel to your friends and the chapters are updated everyday at a release of 3 chapters with a combined words of at least 7k to 10k or an average of 3k to 5k per chapter.

I normally release my stockpile of chapters on a Sunday so it's a continuous and progressive storyline that is gripping and elaborate, descriptive and informative.

Try this novel for once and do drop in your comments or reviews.
