To be fair, this wasn't really a conspiracy as much as it was a mistake caused by the poor design and rushed nature of the contest. Good job on catching it and going through as much effort as you did to get it acknowledged and fixed though King.

I believe its like 2550 words. It took me about 4-5 hours of scattered time to write it. I wasted a lot of my free time on this issue. @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL you should appreciate my effort.

KingBiBiK Eh, don't get me wrong, I trust QI about as far as I can spit (not very far).
Their knee-jerk reaction is always to try to deny deny deny and shift blame.
They're basically a business version of your classic 'arrogant clan' from a cultivation novel and they have a lot of shady business practices that would see them bankrupt from lawsuits in most developed parts of the world.
In this case though, it really does seem more likely that it was incompetence and haste that caused the issue rather than corruption or greed as they really don't stand to gain much regardless of who wins the contest.
