I'm at 23k and 82 collections. But that ain't gonna bring me down lol. I'm enjoying writing my work anyway, so that's what I'll focus on right now instead of obsessing about them numbers. Less stress that way.

I have a feeling my story must have popped up on the frontpage for a day or so. Ratio jumped from 700:1 to better than 250:1 in no time at all. Views jumped by over 20k, which is huge for me.

Well that felt good -- for a while.

Now it's back to a little better than 1k views a day, but I'm bleeding collections. So the last week or so I've droppped from almost 200 to a little better than 170 despite some 10k more views.

A telltale story of what happens when lots of readers catch a glimpse of your work, add it to their library and realise it wasn't their cup of tea after all.

For the record, collection:views ratio can be used to supplement your review, footnote etc etc- it's just another measurement.

Personally, I am actually far more interested in your established framework and standards as well as how you go about executing them. As long as it is well executed, it's fine. If your analysis was outcome-based in the first place, what value is there? i.e fitting the logic to accentuate the outcome. I have better things to do than entertain such a hum-drum review. At the very least, I feel that you do not slide that way, keep it up yo!

P.S: I wanted to make the tone far more humorous and light but I just woke up and the heart is willing but the mind is not, LEL.

Jamison_C Hahaha, it's okay! It made me laugh anyway.
Trying my best, trudging along... Curses on my need to organize!!

My collection is dropping...I will no longer be surprise if my collections drop to zero, If I get so obsessed with it and let it ruin my day, I will get depressed and stop updating my novel. So...? Collection or no collection..I will keep going on! If no one is reading my story...I shall continue and finish it! Someday, when am already at the finished line...I can say to myself...Yes! I did it!

I dont think so. Eg, I had some 1:5000 a month ago and after tweaking my writing style a bit, it jumped to where Im now and I definitely wasn't on the front page. Its not necessary for one to be in the front page to get views and collections. Just a bit of tweakings.

Nevermind, my collection count that dropped by 20 in the past days jumped back up to the original number and one up. I guess people liked the recent chapter I posted as much as I did. I guess it's all about writing quality. But it'll go down soon lol. >3</

JunkieOverThe_Moon Ah, I might have been unclear. I'm used to a steady 1k views a day (a little more now). It increased by 20k views in two days while collections jumped from 40 to 200 during the same two days. Something was definitely off.

Well, Two days is really a short time even fir my case. My collection chart was a lot more straight. It took me nearly a month to get where im now but.... Meh! Its a lucky encounter enjoy it.

My collection to views ratio is 142:1.Is that even acceptable in the WN community? Even considering the fact that I joined recently, should it be more or less?

              Veronica8 Zaldizko Ratio is 275:1
To My Sunflower Ratio is 361:1

Procrastinating with forums today  Haven't checked this for a while.

              Zaldizko Ratio is 309:1
To My Sunflower Ratio is 400:1.

I guess that's stable, although I've lost more collections faster than I've gained. Wait, did I gain any? I've received some glowing reviews, so I'm happy.

              Currently, my book's ratio is-
              170:1
Finally, 100 collections. But I feel it's pretty good considering I don't update daily. Somehow, my other book has been getting more views, even though I have stopped writing it.

              _chomps One month later...

              5,100 Collections and 2,100K views

Do not be discouraged if you have few visualizations or collections, when I started, I only had 30 collections and 1000 views.

A year later, I got to that number, after a lot of hard work and dedication. I hope to get more readers this year

When I first applied for a contract, (June 20, 2018) my views at 132600 and collection was 3388.

When my views went up to 1.1m and collection increased to 7555 I reapplied (November 24, 2018)

Now, views reached 1.6m and collection is 12k.

                Just keep writing. Hehe

                133:1

                113 chapters
                151 in power ranking

Been a while since I've been loosing more collections by the day and haven't gained new ones. Getting a hell of a lot of peeks and dropped interest.

                Zaldizko Ratio is 350:1
To My Sunflower Ratio is 470:1.
