When my views went up to 1.1m and collection increased to 7555 I reapplied (November 24, 2018)
Now, views reached 1.6m and collection is 12k.

But please allow me to share my ideas with you heheWhat I did first was determine my MC's characteristics. Then I fused/associated them with the things that I really love. I did this to stay motivated.
I chose to start with designing the MC first, because for me the story will revolve around her. So it's just necessary to spend time and effort just to creater her.
In creating your MC you can use guide questions such as:
- what should be my MC's physical appearance
what attitudes should my MC have
should my MC be a boy or a girl
how old should my MC be
is my MC weak at first or already a badass
*should my MC be rich or poor
What I did next after giving birth to my MC was to add details such as her family background, love interest, skills, occupation, etc.
Then I tried to figure out what my MC's goal is so I can provide her needed environment and support (other characters that would complement her and contribute to her development)
Generating ideas for a novel becomes hard if you have limited information. But since we're already in the digital era, obtaining information should be easier. So do a lot of research and feed yourself lots of information so that whenever you get stuck in a scene you can always find a creative way out.
