MysteryOriginal I've got the same prob but I re-reported to the dev's in here yesterday I'd say you need to re-report the problem to the devs using @ Webnoveldeveloper they did get back to me in here fast as they look in to it , but more reporting is great for all

It is not a bug. Quidian only keeps 52 pages of your purchase history. This equals about 6 months of your unlocks. Everything else is gone so that when you decide to ask about the issue they can say “pull up the history” and you have no history of whatever they re unlocked.
I ran into this several months ago and nothing happened after reporting it so don’t be expecting to much.

This is retarded i paid for ss to unlock those chapters so i expect them to stay unlocked or atleast give me my ss back from those chapters you locked again..
Happened to me as well. Over 100 chapters on Cultivation Chat Group. Emailed and started a thread here. That was weeks ago. Still yet to hear anything..

like i have a record of logging in everyday since my account opened as I commented every day on a good few novels that go back after the 6ths as I'm lvl 6 and you can't get that if you don't due to the crap 70 xp you get a day apart from the change only about a month ago

Chapters re-locking isnt a bug. Its design as intended.
Clowniac it should not be as i said they are practically taking my money back after i use it....
It's a Chinese company, my dude. It's common practice for them.

Just don't support qidian in any way, it all starts with the consumers, if everyone keeps giving money to qidian, it'll never stop. and their greed will only grow.

MysteryOriginal what limit, in the t&c's there is no comment about limits apart from use by dates of 30 days on freestones, but use until unlock dates ....whoever said it ... put up or shut up with the bs and show it please as, I've read them and never seen one also there is no warning in a change of use, when buying stones as you wouldn't be buying it would be renting on the unlocks and we don't rent we buy ,
so please screenshot it or cut and paste the whole line as it would be breaking EU/UK and I believe USA law as no warning was given to the t&C change,
that alone could get this whole site shut down or blocked ..

now qi/Tencent having bad/crap CSR's yup 100% agree I've known that for 3-4 yrs when they started going on about coming into the western market
so if someone has seen this change of usage please post it, as I could get money back from PayPal and also make a trading standard complate against the site and holding company,
