If you're using the Inkstone website on your computer, it's pretty simple:
1.) Select the "Novels" tab on the left of your screen.
2.) Select the Novel you wish to edit
3.) Enter the Draft tab.
4.) Select the Chapter you want to edit
5.) Click the blue button on the top right called "PUBLISH"
6.) Confirm your settings and set a release timer, if you wish to do so.
7.) Click the blue button on the bottom right named "CONFIRM"

If you're using the Webnovel.com App on your Smartphone or tablet, the procedure is a bit different:
1.) Open the Webnovel.com App
2.) Click on the middle icon that looks like a pen.
3.) Choose the Novel you wish to edit.
4.) Select the draft chapter by tapping on it.
5.) Click the blue button on the top right named "NEXT"
6.) Select the settings you wish to set for the chapter and set a release timer, if you wish to do so.
7.) Click the "PUBLISH" button on the bottom center of your Smartphone/Tablet's touch screen.

NUM291 , I'm not sure if this will still be helpful to you or not (since it's been days since you posted this) When you get to Inkstone, on the lift side of the screen, hover over "Workspace" then click "Novels" Then, depending on if you wrote anything you have the option to "Create now" or "Explore" From there it's like before the update. I also had problems with this and just figured it out...So I hope this helps!
