Create a news room

I dont know if QI will notice this. Please create a news room just in case a novel decided to stop translation or delay of release for a period of time. We need to be informed so that people wont wait for nothing and make lots of complain in the long run. Just a suggestion though.

jwhwhwwh Or like some sort of tag that tells us if the novel is on hold or has a slower upload than normal.

An announcements section or bulletin board would be great. Maybe people who have the concerned novel in their library could get a notification as well?
