The "New to Webnovel" section, probably. That one usually features years-old translated novels.

If you really want people to read your story, don't make them have a bad first impression by repeatedly posting in unrelated topics. I know it's hard to find readers, but it's not the end of world if you don't gain tens or hundreds of readers or win a contest...
