Correction, it's not that the customer does not matter. It's the non-paying* or poor customers that do not matter to them. They still have plenty of rich and supportive readers...

I’m averaging 15-20 mins reading compare to my over 600+ mins before. If it wasn’t for two original stories I follow on wn I would have left a long time ago. So tired of how they treat their customers.

WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL Any update on the new Premium program/Elite subscription? Would really love to read and have unlimited access to these books/novels again.... Hope you guys work on the premium options soon... It's really not user friendly and very irritating buying ss everytime we wan't to read.... Please return the Elite subscription soon.... Or come up with a better premium option...
