Also why on damn earth would you cancel it but not give an Inbox message to say that you would be canceling it. Sweeperkaas it got canceled because the users used that subscription to read a lot of thanslated books, and because of that, the originals got less money. As a consequince, they stoped the subscription to bring back the readers to the original novels. They did not realize that the readers are after good stories and it takes time to write a book, as such is more covenient to let a book acumulate more chapter then only then read it. Because of that, there are hundreds of translated nobels that the readers did not read bcoz premium, and the original novels got less public. Thats what i understand from all this official and unofficial statements
Man, the subscription for me was a great option since I read quite a few novels. Before the membership I needed to pay around 40$ per month on SS at least in order to read premium chapters but with the membership I only needed to pay 13$ less and I could also read whatever I wanted without restraint so it was a bargain for me. I hope it comes back soon.
Wow, this is really lame. I read a tremendous amount and I was more than willing to pay the membership so that I didn't have to go through the hassle of buying stones all the time. It was also more economic due to how very much I read so I'm really sad to discover this. I hope you roll out the option soon or I'll have to go back to reading free translations on other sites to keep up with my literary appetite

Im new to web novel. I downloaded the app a month ago. Realized you pay per chapter and was gonna uninstall. Then I saw the premium so I bought it and now Ive been reading everyday. If it needs to be changed so be it but don't just take it away. Because paying per chapter is not something I want to do when I've started reading 4/5 novels exclusively on your platform that have 1k plus chapters. That being said is there an ETA on when a changed version will be released?

Chilatow your the idiot if you think your rambling does any good. This company legally own these stories they can do what they want with them. So what if people want to support them. If you like something you support it... Nothing enjoyable comes free. If you hate this place so much you should've deleted the app and/or stopped coming to the website. If I see a reply from you it just proves your love for drama and hate mongering. Useless dribble. Everyone here obviously lost alot with the subscription going away but some people's complaints just go too far.
To me, the way you've done it really inappropriate... not only, you didn't inform us in the inbox and just posted it in the forum... not all of us always had time to check the forum... but also you didn't inform in the beginning that the Elite Subscription only a trial that someday you will need do some adjustment.... that's one point...
Then if you count the amount of the authors/translators and the readers, I believe the amount of the readers are way much more than the authors/translators... to collect the income I suppose you can use the advertisement or offer the readers some weekly, monthly or yearly of membership/subscription and let the readers to choose... you must remember your SS rate are way much more expensive than the similar website....
Next, I understand that there're some of your contracted author/translators that complaining about the income runs, but I know that you have the statistic that not all of the stories are good or well liked by the readers... As the Web Administrator you have the right to stop the stories that isn't well received. Like stoping the bottom 3 or 5 stories in three months, but you should announced it first in the inbox to the readers and do some survey for bottom 10 stories that you're going to stop to check the readers feedback, by then you also giving time for the authors/translators to know what to do next, etc. You also can pay your authors/translators from the result of their works, you should pay them from the total views of their stories' chapters, for example there's a website that pay their author in the total number of 10,000 views from 1 chapters, the author will received US$ 100 (10,000 x 0.01). With more than 5 millions downloads of your apps in Goolge Apps, that kind of rates are still make sense. Don't only exploited us reader, we are your source of income.
Maybe you'll think, it's going to be a lot of work to do... but your website aren't just a fan-base website... it's business... and that's what you should do to see the market and as the distributors (provider/web administrator) you have to see what will satisfied your supplier (authors and translators) and your customer (readers)... It's hard to believe that this website just a social work without any gain....

You guys did not even inform us when you were going to discontinue the service. On top of it there were no contingencies other than buying SS since you thought "LET'S MAKE SOME MONEY WHILE WE'RE AT IT!!" You just went ahead and said go buy some SS until we get a new one in place. Wow!! That's some awesome decision skills you guys got there. At least give an extra alternative man coz we can't even read the chapters we had read previously while we had the "PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP"!! Thanks a lot for taking into consideration how it would impact the users as well!! Kudos to you guys!!!

I thought paying $33.99 CAD a month was a bit much, but because I really enjoyed the stories and wanted to support authors I paid for it.
Now you're telling me I don't get to read the ~30 or so stories I have in my library because buying Spirit Stones to support that is literally impossible, unless I spend an amount of money that I cannot afford.
I guess until premium all you can read comes back I'll be off this site for now...ciao :(
