This story definitely deserves a pick-up. It's a great business-empire builder with the help of specialized-tech monsters (basically they end up being the MC's support staff, laborers, designers and engineers for his insane construction and mechanical projects). He also runs a regular company staffed by humies that branches out majorly with the hidden development force of the monster based factory.

Don't let the novel's name or synopsis detract you from reading, it's really enjoyable watching the MC build up his empire with the help of the black-tech alien stuff as he starts wowing many industries throughout the world. Lots of artistic designs are mentioned and also some metallurgy for those interested.
