Is there a way to just outright buy a completed novel. I have found many a great one but cant afford the huge amount of spirit stones to unlock each chapter... I have one novel with 600 locked chapters left, at an average of 10 as a chapter that's 6000ss. That's huge.
Buy a completed novel???

I was just thinking this exact thing the other day..... instead of buying a chapter as we go why not give readers the option to buy the book and read at leisure!! This can be done for completed novel or short stories.
sad for webnovel if the user would use pure free spirit stones

A complete novel would cost (with 600 chapters & around 12 stones/chapter) 100$.
Would you buy a novel for this price?
I think no. A complete novel should cost around 10$ (Standard price for printed books is a little bit more, Most eBooks are less expensive). But this is not what webnovel want.
They want money. If you pay every chapter for itself you don't think much about the price. It is simple psychology.
Take the money of the people if they want to support the author or translator.
Look at the topic about the take down of the elite membership and you understand whats happen...
Even if I could just use real money and not SS to buy the book, 5 to 10 dollars is what a normal book costs, cause completed books aren't earning anymore sitting there either.
Angko yes with my comment above about allowing for the option to buy a novel...this is said with a belief that we will not be ripped upon purchase. we need to be fair to both the reader and the writer/published...again emphasis is on FAIR PRICE!
