please can you tell me why I've lost all my comments and chat for the last year ..everything is blank apart from a xp comment as they used me name for the reply rewards... i had some good chats with other in their ...is this due to what's going on in qi china and the CNC and your ban ?

Yup, all lost.... at first I thought it was only desktop since webnovel push readers to use mobile apps, while I don't install the app. But now I saw your writing here I'm sure the app have the same issue. Webnovel, being a premium reading site have let down their readers too many times. Thumbs down...

Pizz Lost all comments today myself. I lost all messages and notifications. For some reason I have a single "This person liked your comment." inside my notifications instead of in my messages like normal.
Mine are all lost, too and each day I keep getting more responses from people but when I try to check them it’s still blank. please fix this bug quickly so I can respond to those comments and replies as soon as possible.
Woah. I didn't notice, but mine too. I can only see up to the latest 8 under notifications. It seems the interface has had a makeover as there's a systems notification link there but nothing in it. Moments still show to the dawn of time for me tho.
