But I hate the current updated version of webnovel.
The coins and fast pass thing are the ones I hate the most.
And also that, percentage of how many chapters you have read doesn't fit at all. It always gives wrong idea as if I haven't read a chapter or so.

WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL totally no good with the new feature of coin. The 10coins read claimed but not added in the account. I've lose 20 coins. I don't liked the pass as well. It doesnt care if the chapters are short or long, it'll takes up one free pass.. Its no longer a good app for reader. I'm going to drop off if this still continues

Angko really....it has become more expensive to buy coins and despite the discount the chapters are sometimes expensive and given the large number of chapters in a single novel you end up spending a lot just to finish one novel.... monthly subscription would be better...

The new update is no good. It became more expensive. The pass is only good for one chapter. While if you use spirit stones last time you can unlock upto 3 chapters just using the free SS given by the check in and power stones.

One problem is with fast pass all you get is 3 chapters and that is it and it is limited at that ware if you use coins depending on size of chapter you could get 5 or 6 chapters and no limitations along with authers are not worrie about how that effects their chapter price

Scarlett_92 This is new updated version where WN added a feature called Free Pass. You'll get 1 free pass and with that you can unlock 1 chapter of any novel or comic but you've to use that free pass within 1 week otherwise it'll expired. It is also a good thing in some case. If you can unlock any chapter whether it costs 6 or more than 6 coins. I hope it'll help your inquiry.

Can u srsly go back to old version that’s fucking hundred times better than this complicated one
Like u reduced our source of stones/coins first from 50to 20 never mind before that u put that stupid privilege no problem so many authors stopped giving mass release no problem that membership no problem but seriously now it’s getting worse day in n out

@WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I claim reading time for a total of 50 coins, but NONE of it is in my account!!!!!! What the heck....the COINS is hard to get and when I can get it, its CANNOT be CLAIMMMMMMM.....ITS 50 COINSSSS... i can unlock 10 or more chapter for the novel that I currently read.....WHYYYYYY????????

Ever since you started this fast pass thing everything is srewed up no longer get any coins for reading or doing task they only work on sertain chapters and you basicly get LESS with the passes they are an epic fail

Don't think any of the rest matters since it's probably an error on your end but if I wasn't using beta I would have my soul stones and be able to read more freaking chapters.

We should all get free coins for being in this beta... And NOT JUST 50 TO SOME LUCKY WINNER. Seriously though who didn't participate in beta are the real winners. I read hours a day and get screwed out of so many of my rewards. Not even 100 would make up all the last ss I could have earned... And this has been going on for about a freaking week. Long enough for my weekly reading to go up twice after reset.

Hello, I'm curious if you could improve the read chapter feature? Since the change to fast past I've been experiencing a problem with locating which chapter I'm actually on or close to due to unable to locate next chapter when listening to the books. If possible could you add in something that can identified chapters read and unread as the lock used to be my guide.
An open book and unopened book is my suggestion for side icons next to the lock

The app has long been out of that stage for years. It says beta in this conversation because that's a good way to describe the big, new changes and want feedback. However, this post is also older; not for the New Year's changes.

YulongYuXianTaiyin nope not the case. I downloaded it on my old phone and it still uses ss. There are no ss anymore. Now they are wn coins or w coins whatever they are called now. So I'll using 2 different versions one works (the ss version) while the other is faulty af. And I'm not the only one experiencing this with the beta. And it was a manual download for beta not an automatic update or forced update at that.
