Is anyone else having the same problem as me? I bought the 2500 SS + 750 SS package, but never received anything. Then, I emailed them and gave them proof of purchase. They emailed back (12 hours later) to check if I have another ID (I don’t) or to ask for a refund and to email them if the refund was denied. I tried getting a refund, iTunes decided that it didn’t qualify for one under their terms. I replied to them again with a screenshot of the denial for a refund and proof of purchase. Then they emailed me again asking for proof of purchase, which by now I’ve given them twice. But I gave them screenshots of my receipt. I’m sorry for ranting but this is getting frustrating. I love reading stories on here and want to support writers so that’s why I buy SS. But there needs to be a more effective way to deal with this problem. I don’t know if it’s an app issue or processing, but reading through the forum, it seems to happen often. So please is anyone able to help me?

I am pretty sure most of the admins do not read the threads in the forum. To get a response you will need to tag one of them. Try to find the most active one (which I believe is CKTalon, he is not paid specifically to help on the forum but he still seems the most active to me), but even then do not get your hopes too high as even the most active do not always reply.
Or go to their feedback/bugs/suggestion channel on their discord server.
